NextXTrade ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
Subscription Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including analyses run, assets researched, and features accessed. This data is used to improve the platform and is not shared with third parties.
Device Information: We may collect device type, browser type, and IP address for security and platform optimization purposes.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the platform; process your subscription and payments via Stripe; send service-related communications; improve platform performance and features; detect and prevent fraud or security issues; comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with encrypted credentials. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use third-party advertising and analytics tools — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, KillScale first-party attribution, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights — to measure ad performance, optimize campaigns, and understand aggregate visitor and platform behavior. These tools may collect device, browser, IP-derived, pageview, and event data, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis history is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
NextXTrade is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
