By accessing or using NextXTrade ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NextXTrade.
NextXTrade is a market intelligence platform covering cryptocurrency, equities, foreign exchange, macro, and related market data — depending on available features and your subscription access. The Platform aggregates data from multiple third-party providers and uses artificial intelligence to generate market analysis, trade theses, and intelligence briefs. The Platform does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide custodial services. The Platform is an informational tool and does not constitute financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit the use of cryptocurrency-related services.
To access the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information current. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers may be grandfathered at their current rate at our discretion. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Platform settings or Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; use the Platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform; scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Platform; resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission; use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse; interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, analysis methodology, and AI-generated content, are owned by NextXTrade and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION, ANALYSIS, OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. ALL TRADE THESES, CONFIDENCE SCORES, AND MARKET ANALYSES ARE GENERATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTXTRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that: cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss; past performance is not indicative of future results; the Platform provides information, not financial advice; you are solely responsible for your investment decisions; AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete; market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably; you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextXTrade and its operators, affiliates, and data providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
